Measure around your head at the widest point to determine the size you need.
Size guidance: To help choose the correct size helmet for your head measure around the widest part of your head, about an inch above your ears, with a soft tape measure, or piece of string. If you are on the cusp between sizes we advise that you size up.

Long Description Start Here:Carnac's Parky gloves were designed with Team Holdsworth Pro-rider Russ Downing as his ideal colder weather cycling gloves during the 2018 season. They offer great warmth, enhanced grip and the benefit of improved visibility from their retro-reflective printed silicon detailing. With wide elasticated cuff banding they're easy to get on and off and the extra long cuff eliminates draughts and cold spots with your favourite cycling jacket.
Gloves Size Guide
All measurements are taken flat, double to get circumference. Though larger on the outside the Crab Hand gloves are designed to the same fit as our other 365 gloves. Please give consideration to how much your knitted gloves are stretched on your hand if purchasing like for like in size. If in doubt, size up.
